WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
My Background
You want to train, right? Me too. Whatever you’re into – weightlifting, CrossFit, running, it’s more than just a hobby; it’s who you are. So when injury strikes, it takes more than just a physical toll.
I gravitated towards this line of work after suffering various injuries. I wanted to learn how to work with my body, enable healing, optimise function and build resilience. It was a long journey, but worth every minute.
I am an experienced Soft Tissue therapist, having achieved a BTEC level 5 professional diploma at the prestigious London School of Soft Tissue Therapy (formerly LSSM). This internationally renowned course was directed by Mel Cash who literally wrote the book(s) on soft tissue therapy. This education equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively assess, treat and rehabillitate injuries. But I didn’t stop there.
Being a good therapist is a lifelong ambition. The needs of each client are entirely individual, and what works for one may not work for another. With this in the forefront of my mind, I continued my training and branched into a number of different areas.
I completed a further diploma in osteopathic articulation, as well as being qualified in advanced spinal and peripheral joint manipulation. I also hold diplomas in advanced medical acupuncture and electroacupuncture, and further qualifications in trigger point therapy (NAT level 3) and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM). I am also a level 2 RocDoc (Rocktape Functional Movement Taping). More recently I trained in muscle activation and optimisation under Douglas Heel.
Aside from working as a therapist, I am the Clinical Advisor for a private healthcare company. This gives me an excellent understanding of any other medical issues and how they may contribute to your injury.

I am a fully insured, ISRM registered practitioner. I am also a licensed medical acupuncturist and my treatment room is a licensed acupuncture clinic.
So that’s me. I hope to work with you soon.
